At Eikon Tattoo Supply, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and strive to ensure every artist is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.
Pack Securely
Place the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging and ensure they are securely packed in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our designated returns facility using a trackable shipping method.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our technicians will inspect the items to verify their condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
